Customer Success Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage new business development through prospecting, site assessments, and solution design
• Develop detailed proposals, Bills of Materials, labor estimates, and project quotes
• Act as project quarterback from kickoff through delivery, managing resources and budgets
• Oversee third-party contractors and vendor relationships
• Serve as the primary client contact to set expectations and ensure deliverables meet requirements
• Represent the company as a technical voice at industry tradeshows and events
• Apply HVAC expertise to design and optimize technical solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent professional experience
• 2–6 years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales engineering, or project management
• Experience within the HVAC industry preferred
• Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Strong communication skills for presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Must be based in the Denver Metro Area
• Ability to travel up to 50%

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or CAPM certification
