Responsibilities
- Become a foremost technical expert for API and product offerings
- Serve as the dedicated technical resource and advocate for strategic enterprise customers
- Provide in-depth troubleshooting assistance and educate customers on platform use
- Partner with Enterprise, Mobile, and API teams to resolve complex issues
- Translate customer issue learnings into scalable solutions and automations
- Build strong relationships with customer leaders to ensure application success
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, application development, tooling, or automation
- Excellent proficiency in Python or NodeJS
- Experience developing scalable applications
- Knowledge of Cloud Service Providers such as AWS
- Hands-on experience using Agentic Coding tools like Claude Code or Codex
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven ability to identify technical pain points in solutions and customer implementations
Preferred Qualifications
- Track record of building relationships with customers and cross-functional teams
- Experience building prototypes or applications using AI-powered APIs
- Deep understanding of the AI and search technology landscape
- Ability to operate with high efficiency across multiple simultaneous projects
