About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive successful implementation projects for Pave's compensation software
- Own end-to-end project management of customer implementations
- Act as a strategic advisor to help customers solve complex compensation challenges
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to surface customer needs
- Execute technical needs including integrations, data migration, and configurations
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a customer-facing CSE, Technical Account Manager, or Implementation Manager in B2B SaaS
- Deep experience with JSON, HTML, SQL, and API integrations
- Strong project management and execution skills
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize high-leverage work
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders

- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
- Proven ability to solve complex technical and business problems
