About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive successful implementation projects for Pave's compensation software
  • Own end-to-end project management of customer implementations
  • Act as a strategic advisor to help customers solve complex compensation challenges
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to surface customer needs
  • Execute technical needs including integrations, data migration, and configurations

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a customer-facing CSE, Technical Account Manager, or Implementation Manager in B2B SaaS
  • Deep experience with JSON, HTML, SQL, and API integrations
  • Strong project management and execution skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize high-leverage work
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Proven ability to solve complex technical and business problems
