Customer Success Engineer

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with customers to drive the end-to-end delivery of complex robotic automation systems.
• Conceptualize new industrial robotic automation solutions and scope the path to production.
• Design, implement, test, and maintain high-quality software based on Intrinsic's product suite.
• Guide customers in applying Intrinsic products effectively to enable independent progress.
• Act as a bridge to the wider Intrinsic team to shape the product roadmap based on customer feedback.
• Manage communication across internal and external stakeholders with both technical and non-technical backgrounds.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Proven track record of delivering modern industrial automation solutions into production.
• Proficiency in modern software development, specifically with C++ and/or Python.
• End-to-end understanding of industrial automation systems.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Willingness to travel frequently domestically to support customer engagements in North America.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with industrial robot programming (e.g., Fanuc, KUKA, UR, ABB, Yaskawa).
• Experience with PLC programming (e.g., Beckhoff, Siemens) or machine vision.
• Familiarity with ROS (2), Gazebo, and industrial bus systems like EtherCAT.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies and distributed systems (Kubernetes, gRPC, Protobuf).
• Ability to build custom operator interfaces using modern web frameworks like Angular.
