Customer Success Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated book of business and own customer retention through technical excellence
• Partner with customers to build, launch, and optimize data pipelines
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for onboarding and post-sales solution guidance
• Drive product adoption and engagement by identifying new use cases and communicating ROI
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and advocate for customer needs to internal product and engineering teams
• Develop out-of-the-box solutions to overcome product limitations and ensure customer goals are met

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in ETL/ELT, data transfer, or data warehousing
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data
• Deep understanding of data integration principles and data replication
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Hands-on knowledge of databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle
• Experience with API integration and working with JSON/XML data formats
• Basic proficiency in Python or other data transformation languages
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with an understanding of networking and security concepts

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of data warehousing modeling, including star and snowflake schemas
• Understanding of data quality best practices for reliable data integration
• Experience with data cleaning and enrichment processes
