Glimpse is the leading AI platform for CPG brands, automating critical back-office workflows like deductions management, revenue recovery, and cash application. Responsibilities

  • Own the post-sale experience for mid-market and enterprise customers to drive fast time-to-value
  • Assist with complex, multi-stakeholder onboardings and resolve data integration bottlenecks
  • Proactively gather context and materials needed for disputing workflows
  • Monitor customer health and adoption to surface and intervene on risks early
  • Manage inbound support and escalations with speed and clarity
  • Identify manual processes and build systems to automate or streamline them
  • Translate customer feedback into product input for engineering and product teams
  • Partner with Account Managers on renewal and expansion conversations

Requirements

  • 2–6 years in a technical customer success, solutions, consulting, banking, or early-stage startup role
  • Direct experience working with customers in enterprise or complex B2B environments
  • Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • Experience delivering or supporting customers with a technical product
  • Strong operational and technical fluency with complex products and data flows
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders from accountants to CFOs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to AI workflow products, finance, accounting, or CPG software
  • Experience at an early-stage tech company
  • Engineering, CS, or technical degree
