About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to drive onboarding, adoption, and retention for strategic enterprise accounts
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor, explaining architecture, deployment considerations, and solution value
- Identify technical risks and adoption blockers, coordinating with internal resources to resolve them
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Translate complex technical concepts for both technical and executive audiences
- Capture and communicate customer feedback and product gaps to internal stakeholders to inform improvements
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including best practice guides and enablement materials
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, TAM, or Customer Success Engineer)
- Strong foundational knowledge of networking, cloud, and enterprise infrastructure concepts
- Familiarity with Linux and common deployment models
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting customers in SaaS, on-premise, or hybrid deployment models
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Nutanix, and modern cloud-native platforms
- Background in cybersecurity, observability, or infrastructure enterprise technology domains
