Responsibilities
- Provide technical onboarding and training for new customers to ensure successful design outcomes
- Diagnose and resolve electrical design challenges and application issues using EE expertise
- Develop educational resources including documentation, videos, and sample designs
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform product priorities and roadmap
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to triage bugs and drive requested features
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor
- Analyze usage data to identify friction points or churn patterns
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Experience designing PCBs or electronic systems
- At least 3 years in customer-facing technical roles (Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or Field Applications Engineering)
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance
- Proficiency in troubleshooting circuit designs and explaining technical trade-offs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Flux or other hardware design tools
- Scripting or programming experience
- Passion for the maker community
