About the role
Responsibilities
- Improve merchant onboarding UX and build internal tools for reviewers
- Respond to developer support tickets regarding API, integration, and tax compliance
- Build and maintain plugins and integrations for popular platforms
- Conduct market research on merchant workflows and technologies
- Lead community engagement on Discord and social channels
- Develop scripts, CLIs, and internal tools to improve support efficiency
- Reproduce bugs and file detailed internal tickets
- Gather customer insights to drive product and engineering improvements
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a developer or in technical support
- Proficiency in SQL for troubleshooting and investigation
- Comfort with Linux/Unix and command line tools
- Strong written communication skills for explaining technical concepts
- Fluency with GitHub Issues and Discussions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in risk, fraud prevention, or compliance
- Background in fintech or payment processing
- Experience in technical content creation (blogs, tutorials)
- Contributions to open source projects
- Experience managing developer communities
