About the role
Responsibilities
- Deploy and install the platform into customer environments and troubleshoot installation issues
- Support ongoing upgrades and day-to-day operations to maintain environment stability
- Triage and resolve customer-reported issues, escalating unresolved defects to engineering
- Diagnose failures across compute, networking, storage, and services
- Build and maintain dashboards, monitors, and runbooks to prevent recurring issues
Requirements
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker
- Hands-on experience with major cloud providers (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
- Strong monitoring and observability practice using tools like Datadog
Preferred Qualifications
- Python and Redis literacy
- Experience with Helm, CI/CD, and ArgoCD
- Knowledge of secrets management tools like Vault
