About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support corporate customers through software deployment, migration, identity, and licensing projects.
  • Provide technical guidance to customer IT teams to maximize value from software investments.
  • Lead migration activities and manage project delivery, including discovery and risk management.
  • Coordinate with Customer Success Managers, Account Managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful adoption.
  • Manage multiple priorities and drive change management outcomes for enterprise clients.

Requirements

  • Business fluency in German (both written and verbal).
  • Proven experience in software migrations, SaaS transformations, or IT deployment projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Single Sign-On (SSO), Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Proficiency with Software Asset Management (SAM) tools and enterprise platforms such as SCCM or Intune.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage IT administrators and project leads.
  • 1+ years of experience in software deployments, identity management, or enterprise administration.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to act as a trusted technical advisor and Subject Matter Expert.
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure, security questionnaires, and software licensing compliance.
  • Experience delivering technical webinars and training sessions.
