Customer Success & Data Insights Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Participate in the design, development, and implementation of data science projects to generate new products and technologies.
• Develop algorithms, mathematical models, and data-driven applications to translate raw data into intelligence.
• Create data insight visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders and senior management.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to perform experiments, validations, and data quality governance.
• Utilize advanced analytical techniques to extract, clean, and analyze data from various sources.

Requirements

• Graduate Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in data analytics, database management, or statistical analysis.
• Professional certification in SQL, Python, or a similar programming language.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and statistical methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning, ETL processes, and Data Warehousing.
• Familiarity with R, SAS, or other advanced analytical software.
• Experience working within an Agile methodology framework.
