About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for UK and Ireland customers, providing prompt and excellent service.
  • Process daily customer queries and high-volume order placements, including device deliveries and collections.
  • Manage data for order fulfillment, including EAN allocation and EDI mapping maintenance.
  • Resolve disputed invoice queries and ensure all additional charges are processed within the working month.
  • Troubleshoot held electronic orders and conduct root-cause analyses for erroneous transactions.
  • Maintain NHS Supply Chain and TPS portals and perform monthly pricing validations.
  • Support new customer account creation through commercial and compliance validations.
  • Manage technical fault reporting, service-related complaints, and stock checks for loan/swap pools.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in high-volume order processing.
  • Proficiency using JDE, Salesforce, or similar data management systems.
  • Experience resolving complex invoice queries and managing billing discrepancies.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables.
  • Strong ability to meet tight and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and telephone communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with GSP (Global Service Platform).
  • Competence with Excel macros.
  • Prior experience in telephony or professional telephone systems.
  • Experience with data reporting and advanced data management tools.
