Customer Success Coach

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tailored language learning programs to support professionals and their families
• Drive high levels of customer and client satisfaction while managing large caseloads
• Cultivate and manage positive relationships with corporate relocation management companies
• Counsel customers on authorized relocation benefits provided by their employers
• Lead point of contact and coordination for all assignment components, including internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct pre-assignment briefings and orientations regarding client policies and benefits
• Provide continuous coaching and support to clients and participants throughout their assignments
• Maintain data integrity by updating databases and providing status reports
• Meet company metrics for customer satisfaction, utilization, and responsiveness

Requirements

• Proficiency in English
• Bilingual in English and at least one other language
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented and methodical approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask effectively under high-pressure situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or upselling products
• Strong troubleshooting and conflict management skills
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment
