The platform empowers both business and technical users with end-to-end product composability, leveraging no-code tools and custom code to build supply chain decision intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Own technical workstreams within strategic enterprise accounts, focusing on AI and ML-driven predictions like demand sensing and probabilistic planning
• Lead integrated ML-led workflows that connect predictions with optimization and execution paradigms
• Build and configure models and run experiments hands-on alongside the team
• Serve as a subject matter expert on predictions and ML for customers and internal stakeholders
• Build and lead an India-based team of data scientists, ML engineers, and OR modelers
• Partner with US/EMEA-based CSBPs for cross-regional account alignment and executive relationship management
• Translate complex ML concepts into clear business narratives for customer executives
• Identify opportunities to expand predictions use cases and surface technical feedback to product teams

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in supply chain data science, ML engineering, or technical consulting
• Deep expertise in applying ML and AI to supply chain prediction (demand sensing, neural forecasting, probabilistic planning)
• Hands-on proficiency in end-to-end ML workflows including feature engineering, model training, and production deployment
• Strong working knowledge of supply chain planning domains (demand planning, inventory, S&OP)
• Proven experience leading and developing teams of data scientists or quantitative analysts
• Executive presence with the ability to present to C-suite stakeholders
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving startup environment
