About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor and transformation partner for enterprise customers, helping them leverage Anaplan’s platform and AI capabilities to drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Own and nurture relationships with C-suite executives (CFO, CIO, CDO) to align Anaplan's capabilities with their strategic priorities and long-term investment decisions.
  • Lead outcome-driven Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to articulate business value and influence renewal and expansion decisions.
  • Drive measurable ROI through the entire customer lifecycle, including onboarding, implementation, adoption, and renewals.
  • Identify and drive platform expansion opportunities, specifically within Supply Chain Planning, to increase platform footprint.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Partners to build and progress pipeline within existing accounts.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to internal Product and Support teams to ensure customer needs are met.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Presales, or Management Consulting.
  • Deep subject matter expertise in the Supply Chain Planning space.
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Enterprise Planning & Analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with supply chain planning products (e.g., Anaplan, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or o9 Solutions) from a consulting or implementation perspective.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or CA designation.
