About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor and transformation partner for enterprise customers, helping them leverage Anaplan's platform and AI capabilities to drive business outcomes.
  • Own and nurture relationships with C-suite executives (CFO, CIO, CHRO, CDO) and senior stakeholders to establish trust and alignment.
  • Lead outcome-driven Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) that connect platform capabilities to strategic customer priorities.
  • Drive measurable ROI and platform adoption through the development of customer success plans and governance structures.
  • Identify and drive platform expansion opportunities, including AI use cases, across functions like Finance, Supply Chain, and Workforce.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Partners to build pipeline and mitigate renewal risks within existing accounts.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to internal Product and Support teams to advocate for customer needs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Presales, or Management Consulting.
  • Deep subject matter expertise in either FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) or Supply Chain Planning.
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Enterprise Planning & Analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Supply Chain.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach.
