Customer Success Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery, growth, and roadmap strategy for key customer accounts to maximize business outcomes through the Anaplan platform
• Lead project teams consisting of internal and external consultants
• Utilize agile methodologies to define project scope, design, and execution
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in architecture for large-scale Connected Planning solutions
• Partner with sales and product teams to support the entire customer lifecycle

Requirements

• 5+ years of business consulting or system implementation experience
• Experience with multidimensional analysis systems (e.g., Cognos, Hyperion, TM1, Business Objects)
• Proven experience in lead consulting roles for Japanese enterprise customers
• Ability to understand, translate, and optimize complex business processes
• Deep understanding of data integration (inbound and outbound)
• Ability to travel as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialized knowledge in planning and modeling within Supply Chain, Finance, or Sales domains
