About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage both active and passive clients to ensure long-term relationship maintenance and satisfaction
- Define the scope of work for new projects and liaise with technical teams regarding product implementation progress
- Act as the primary client representative, ensuring users receive maximum value from the product
- Conduct client training during handovers and provide ongoing support
- Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) following product implementation
- Perform regular on-site client visits and maintain constant communication to resolve queries
- Identify opportunities for new business and expanded scope of work through regular client engagement
Requirements
- 4-5 years of professional work experience
- Proven expertise in business process mapping and project scoping
- Strong skills in requirements gathering and project management
- Deep understanding of business applications and functions (CRM, Books, Campaigns, Analytics, etc.)
- Excellent client engagement and communication skills
- Experience in team management
