About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure smooth adoption, satisfaction, and expansion of fintech products.
  • Monitor client health scores, usage patterns, and adoption trends to proactively prevent churn and identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage the end-to-end issue resolution process by logging, tracking, and coordinating with product, operations, and tech teams.
  • Develop and execute business development plans and sales strategies to meet revenue targets and identify new market segments.
  • Oversee the invoicing process, monitor payment statuses, and coordinate with finance to ensure revenue assurance.
  • Monitor SLA adherence and maintain alignment with legal and InfoSec teams regarding data protection and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage client-initiated change requests, including scoping, impact analysis, and implementation tracking.
  • Drive the onboarding of third-party vendors and partners as required by client specifications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in technical customer success, specifically with data-driven solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS, data analytics, and technical product ecosystems (software, databases, and platform services).
  • Proven track record in B2B business development, lead generation, and closing new business.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Experience using project management and collaboration tools including Jira, Asana, and Slack.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
