About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the onboarding process for new merchants to ensure an exceptional experience
  • Address merchant queries promptly within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Act as an internal advocate by gathering and delivering merchant feedback to relevant teams
  • Utilize Customer Success tools to maintain high service standards
  • Coordinate and manage critical issues with Operations and Engineering teams
  • Collaborate with the Head of Customer Success to refine operational processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required
  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or Success within banking, fintech, or IT preferred
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong problem-solving and business acumen
  • Ability to stay organized and calm in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
