About the role
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels including phone and email
- Develop deep product knowledge to guide customers effectively
- Resolve customer issues and troubleshoot problems to restore satisfaction
- Handle 20 to 40 customer tickets per day
- Meet target metrics including solving tickets within 48 hours with 90% satisfaction
- Coordinate with operations and tech stakeholders to resolve complex issues
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Knowledge of technical query resolution
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask with high attention to detail
