Responsibilities

  • Handle 20 to 40 customer tickets per day
  • Meet target metrics including solving tickets within 48 hours with 90% satisfaction
  • Coordinate with operations and tech stakeholders to resolve complex issues

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Knowledge of technical query resolution
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to multitask with high attention to detail
