Customer Success Associate

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal teams and external customers
• Own the end-to-end setup and onboarding process of new customers
• Support the vehicle dispatch process during peak volumes
• Distribute accurate client invoices in a timely manner
• Address client inquiries regarding billing discrepancies and payment terms
• Investigate and resolve billing issues to ensure timely payment collection
• Maintain up-to-date customer account records and documentation
• Develop and maintain processes to support efficient execution as the company grows
• Support customer retention efforts by proactively addressing concerns

Requirements

• Proven experience in client-facing invoicing, billing, or accounts receivable within the automotive industry
• Strong understanding of billing processes and automotive industry standards
• Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, NetSuite, CCC, or Mitchell
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the collision repair process
• Familiarity with ADAS Technology
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
