Customer Success Associate

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day customer support across phone, email, chat, and text for buyers and sellers
• Triage, investigate, and resolve customer issues, escalating to Ops, Product, Finance, or Go-to-Market when needed
• Support purchase management workflows and coordinate internal handoffs
• Build and maintain Help Center articles, knowledge-base content, and customer-facing documentation
• Improve support workflows using tooling, AI, and automation
• Track recurring questions and customer feedback to provide actionable insights to internal teams

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer support, customer success, or customer experience
• Experience supporting customers across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, and text)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn new customer support tools and operational processes quickly
• Strong judgment regarding issue triage and escalation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with modern support platforms like Intercom, Front, or Pylon
• Experience working at a startup or high-growth technology company
• Background in marketplaces, logistics, payments, or procurement
• Experience building Help Centers or customer education resources
• Experience improving workflows through automation or AI tools
