About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage customer experience and satisfaction for managed services delivery to mid-tier client accounts
- Establish strategic partner relationships and drive value of products and services
- Conduct regular client meetings to review incidents, changes, and customer needs
- Act as a customer advocate for sensitive issues and escalations, including root cause analysis
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify upsell opportunities and provide data for account reconciliation
- Lead annual customer performance review meetings
- Manage communication and handoffs for non-managed services issues
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in a client-facing position
- Experience working with or for an IT managed services organization
- Relevant degree and/or professional qualifications
- Ability to develop and deliver quality customer-facing presentations
- Proficiency in IT systems including Networking, Security, Wireless, SAN, and Server Management
- Strong communication and people management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous project management experience
