About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer experience and satisfaction for managed services delivery to mid-tier client accounts
  • Establish strategic partner relationships and drive value of products and services
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review incidents, changes, and customer needs
  • Act as a customer advocate for sensitive issues and escalations, including root cause analysis
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify upsell opportunities and provide data for account reconciliation
  • Lead annual customer performance review meetings
  • Manage communication and handoffs for non-managed services issues

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in a client-facing position
  • Experience working with or for an IT managed services organization
  • Relevant degree and/or professional qualifications
  • Ability to develop and deliver quality customer-facing presentations
  • Proficiency in IT systems including Networking, Security, Wireless, SAN, and Server Management
  • Strong communication and people management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous project management experience
