Customer Success Associate

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations at hospitals to showcase device capabilities and benefits
• Manage product installation and provide technical troubleshooting support
• Perform site assessments and communicate specific device requirements to the remote team
• Train healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, on device usage and monitoring dashboards
• Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with hospital staff
• Coordinate with remote teams by providing detailed updates on site visit activities
• Assist with ad hoc operational tasks as required

Requirements

• Graduation or Diploma in Science or ITI
• 0-2 years of experience in field operations or field sales
• Experience within the healthcare or hospital industry
• Willingness to travel within the city for site visits
• Ability to work in hospital wards and accommodate occasional night shifts
• Basic computer proficiency and good communication skills
• Fluency in local languages

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working directly with nurses or doctors
• Previous experience working in a startup environment
