About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to client inquiries through various channels
- Conduct user training sessions to empower clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues proactively
- Handle support requests via email, video conferencing, and ticketing systems
- Act as a liaison between clients and the Product team to advocate for client needs
- Track and manage support tickets and provide status updates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support or client services
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Problem-solving mindset for basic technical troubleshooting
- Experience using web-based applications
- Ability to use AI tools for workflow efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Finance or economics degree
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs
- Experience in investment management or SaaS
