Responsibilities
- Support Customer Success Team by managing client accounts, preparing materials, and tracking progress
- Assist with onboarding and implementation activities and documentation collection
- Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day client requests and meeting scheduling
- Maintain accurate records of client activity and project timelines in internal systems
- Coordinate across internal compliance, technical, and operations teams
- Monitor client progress to identify risks and escalate potential delays
- Contribute to the improvement of internal workflows and documentation
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing, operations, or support roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with data, spreadsheets, and internal systems
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
