Responsibilities

  • Support Customer Success Team by managing client accounts, preparing materials, and tracking progress
  • Assist with onboarding and implementation activities and documentation collection
  • Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day client requests and meeting scheduling
  • Maintain accurate records of client activity and project timelines in internal systems
  • Coordinate across internal compliance, technical, and operations teams
  • Monitor client progress to identify risks and escalate potential delays
  • Contribute to the improvement of internal workflows and documentation

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing, operations, or support roles
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with data, spreadsheets, and internal systems
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
