Customer Success Architect

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for prospects and customers regarding data architecture, governance, and instrumentation
• Design and execute comprehensive analytics strategies to influence business outcomes
• Own customer onboarding, data health, and technical stack integration
• Bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders to define and execute strategic visions
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize client-driven product tasks
• Manage complex projects, balancing timelines, scope, and technical roadblocks

Requirements

• Experience consulting on ROI delivery through new tool implementations
• Proven track record in customer success, professional services, or technical project management
• Ability to communicate effectively with both developers and Director-level stakeholders
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple client stakeholders
• Strong analytical, written, and communication skills
• Strong process and project delivery discipline

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL, dbt, Python, or Business Intelligence tools
• Experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, or BigQuery
• Familiarity with SDKs, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), and Event Streaming
• Knowledge of product analytics implementation methods and Reverse ETL
