Customer Success Architect

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for prospects and customers regarding data architecture, governance, and instrumentation
• Design and execute comprehensive analytics strategies to influence business outcomes
• Own customer onboarding and data health, including tech stack integration and data quality enhancements
• Bridge the technical-business gap by working with stakeholders to define and execute strategic visions
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize client-driven product tasks
• Manage complex projects, balancing timelines, scope, and technical roadblocks

Requirements

• Experience consulting on ROI delivery through new tool implementations
• Proven ability to work with Director-level stakeholders to define strategic visions
• Experience in customer success, professional services, consulting, or technical project management
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to developers and strategic value to executives
• Strong project delivery discipline and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL, dbt, Python, or Business Intelligence tools
• Experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Databricks
• Familiarity with SDKs, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), and Event Streaming
• Knowledge of product analytics implementation methods and Reverse ETL
