About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary multi-channel customer support via email, phone, and live chat to a global client base
- Resolve trading and administrative issues proactively to ensure a positive customer experience
- Stay informed on financial market news and upcoming events to provide anticipatory and informative service
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions within the CRM and associated systems
- Adhere to all relevant regulatory requirements in every interaction
Requirements
- Previous experience working within the financial services sector
- Demonstrated knowledge of or interest in the CFD, FX, or online trading space
- Experience working for a CFD broker or a similar financial institution is highly desirable
