About the role
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to solve complex problems and deliver exceptional experiences
- Analyze customer trends and identify opportunities for operational and product improvements
- Transform customer feedback into meaningful action to influence business decisions
- Build strong partnerships with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Risk teams
- Contribute to automation, workflow, and process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, customer support, operations, or a similar customer-facing environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with comfort using data to support decisions
- Availability to work a Thursday–Sunday roster from 6:00pm to 2:00am BRT
- Proficiency in English (applications must be submitted with an English CV)
- Based in São Paulo (role is remote within this location)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM, customer support, or case management platforms
- Background in fintech, financial services, or another regulated industry
- Experience supporting customers using investing, trading, or financial products
- Experience contributing to operational improvement or quality assurance initiatives
