Responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee enterprise-level support and service activities for designated clients or groups of clients.

  • Drive the use of proactive service and support mechanisms to reduce client downtime and support costs.
  • Act as the single point of contact for clients to coordinate the resolution of service incidents and technical escalations.
  • Collaborate with sales and support teams to demonstrate the value of support offerings and identify opportunities for expanded business.
