About the role
Responsibilities
- Map client needs throughout their journey to ensure they achieve their business objectives
- Execute and optimize strategies for engagement, retention, and revenue expansion (cross-sell and up-sell)
- Actively work to prevent churn and manage the cancellation reversal process
- Conduct follow-up meetings and alignment sessions with key accounts
- Anticipate risks and problems, proposing proactive solutions to clients
- Deliver training sessions and presentations to the client base
- Analyze and interpret client base indicators to drive decision-making
- Maintain strategic information, opportunities, and client history within the CRM
- Contribute suggestions to improve Customer Success processes
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Empathy and a consultative posture in client relationships
- High level of organization and portfolio management capability
- Analytical thinking oriented toward data
- Negotiation skills and experience with consultative selling
- Proactive profile with a strong focus on problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in Customer Success, customer service, or sales
- Technical degree or ongoing higher education
- Experience in client portfolio management
- Experience within the freight or e-commerce markets
