About the Company
New Reach is a company based in Tempe, Arizona staffed with eLearning and marketing experts dedicated to advancing and improving the information-age through financial literacy. We offer online courses ranging from Wholesaling to Investing to Publishing to help students unlock financial freedom.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for new members during their first 6 weeks
- Connect with 100–200 members daily through calls, texts, and emails
- Share knowledge of courses, tools, and resources to keep members motivated
- Hold members accountable for goals and track their progress
- Collaborate with Community, Content, Sales, and Coaching teams
- Support the sales process to assist future members
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in customer success, coaching, or people-focused roles
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must currently live in the Greater Phoenix area
- Ability to work onsite at the HQ office Monday through Friday
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with online education or sales
