About the role
Responsibilities
- Use data-triggered signals to proactively engage customers and align product capabilities with their specific outcomes
- Establish adoption strategies to increase customer value and product usage
- Identify and engage at-risk accounts using discovery skills to realign them toward success
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Renewals, Channel Partners, Support, and Services
- Deliver high-quality experiences that deepen customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Uncover opportunities to expand customer relationships through value discovery and strategic conversations
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related customer-facing role
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar CRM systems
- Experience working with SaaS, cloud-based software, or subscription business models
- Proven ability to navigate cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong ability to work independently while driving measurable impact
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry
