Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor to segment and brand leadership on segment strategy, performance, and competitive context.
  • Frame and refine critical business questions regarding portfolio choices, proposition direction, and target audiences.
  • Synthesize diverse inputs from customer insight, analytics, CX, and market intelligence into actionable strategic recommendations.
  • Develop compelling narratives and presentations to help leaders move from evidence to decision-making.
  • Define and maintain a prioritized learning roadmap for your business area.
  • Represent the voice of the customer in key business planning and roadmap discussions.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in customer insight, strategy, or consulting, ideally in consumer technology, subscription, or financial services.
  • Proven track record of partnering with senior stakeholders on major strategic or commercial decisions.
  • Experience synthesizing multiple data sources (qualitative, quantitative, analytics, CX) into decision-ready outputs.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn insights into tangible business action and influence product or commercial strategy.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills with the ability to present to senior audiences.
  • Commercially astute mindset with an understanding of brand growth and P&L drivers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a matrix environment.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Experience in consumer technology or financial services sectors.
