About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and execute tailored onboarding programs for customers
- Build and optimize customer adoption frameworks and playbooks
- Serve as a trusted advisor on manufacturing data flows and engineering workflows
- Cultivate executive-level relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention
- Develop repeatable tools, templates, and automation for scalability
- Proactively surface customer insights to influence the product roadmap
- Partner with sales, support, product, and engineering teams
Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience in Hardware Manufacturing
- 3+ years in a customer-facing technical or solutions role (e.g., Solutions Engineering, Customer Success)
- Experience with B2B SaaS
- Hands-on experience with MES, ERP, PLM, or similar complex systems
- Domain familiarity with aerospace, defense, energy, or hardware-intensive industries
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 30%
