About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute tailored onboarding programs for customers
  • Build and optimize customer adoption frameworks and playbooks
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on manufacturing data flows and engineering workflows
  • Cultivate executive-level relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention
  • Develop repeatable tools, templates, and automation for scalability
  • Proactively surface customer insights to influence the product roadmap
  • Partner with sales, support, product, and engineering teams

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years of experience in Hardware Manufacturing
  • 3+ years in a customer-facing technical or solutions role (e.g., Solutions Engineering, Customer Success)
  • Experience with B2B SaaS
  • Hands-on experience with MES, ERP, PLM, or similar complex systems
  • Domain familiarity with aerospace, defense, energy, or hardware-intensive industries
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 30%
