About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute shipment coordination processes, including scanning entries and exits to ensure operational cycle compliance.
- Manage and respond to tracking orders in a timely manner to meet customer satisfaction indicators.
- Contact customers to resolve missing delivery data and ensure successful shipment arrival.
- Update and distribute daily reports regarding processed shipments and operational incidents.
- Provide support and service to both internal and external customers.
- Record all calls and coordination details within the shipment control system.
Requirements
- High school diploma (Preparatoria terminada).
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as a documenter or administrative assistant.
- Proficiency in PC usage and data entry.
- Strong skills in data capture and information administration.
- Proven experience in customer service.
