About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to assigned service reports in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor shipment scans and use the CRM-SOLUCIONA management system to evaluate and support customer service needs.
  • Provide feedback to the operations team regarding any process deviations.
  • Execute daily coordination calls to customers regarding shipment status and support.
  • Generate official incident reports (actas) for shipments as required by operational cycles to ensure swift resolution.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School diploma or Technical Career (Preparatoria/Carrera Técnica).
  • At least 6 months of relevant work experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with KPI tracking and indicator monitoring.
