About the Company

Power Factors is a software and solutions provider leading the next generation of clean energy with Unity, one of the most extensive and widely deployed renewable energy management suites (REMS) in the market. The company manages 25% of the world’s renewable energy data, supporting the entire energy value chain from monitoring to market analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Intake, triage, and own APM customer issues through to resolution in the support ticketing system
  • Serve as an escalation resource for the global Support team on complex APM-related tickets
  • Manage a personal caseload of customer issues while maintaining SLA commitments
  • Engage customers directly via phone and video to diagnose issues and guide them through solutions
  • Investigate platform issues by querying databases, analyzing data pipelines, and reviewing API integrations
  • Document solutions and build internal knowledge resources and customer-facing articles
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to escalate bugs and provide customer context
  • Identify patterns across customer issues to provide actionable feedback to the Product team

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role (solutions engineering, technical support, or professional services)
  • Strong data analysis skills including writing SQL queries and working with large datasets
  • Experience troubleshooting SaaS platforms, API integrations, and data pipelines
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a personal caseload with SLA accountability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in renewable energy, utilities, energy technology, or industrial IoT
  • Familiarity with asset performance management (APM) concepts
  • Experience working directly with Product and Engineering teams
  • Exposure to SCADA, OT networks, or telemetry systems
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Grafana, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Exposure to Python, REST APIs, or scripting for data investigation
