Customer Site Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform welding, fabrication, assembly, and service of industrial gas handling equipment and cryogenic freezing systems
• Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematic diagrams to fabricate weldments and assemble equipment
• Install, remove, and perform on-site maintenance for cryogenic freezers and related components
• Travel to customer sites for installation and service (average 12%, up to 50% at times)
• Utilize TIG welding, plasma cutting, and piping assembly skills
• Follow and promote strong safety practices and maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience with stainless steel welding, grinding, and polishing
• Basic computer proficiency (Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and smartphones)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• TIG and MIG welding certification
