Customer Service/Warehouse Staff

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone with order inquiries and product information
• Process over-the-counter, phoned, faxed, and e-mailed orders accurately
• Receive and process customer payments including cash and debit
• Pull, inspect, and pack orders according to quality standards
• Verify order accuracy, label boxes/pallets, and rebox items as necessary
• Restock products safely and maintain clean work areas
• Report stock discrepancies and participate in annual inventory

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1 year of customer service or office support experience preferred
• Warehouse or order-pulling experience is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and simple math skills
• Ability to stand, lift, and carry materials for extended periods
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
