About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide inbound customer support via phone and online channels
- Help customers resolve technical issues and software-related inquiries
- Assist customers with correcting billing concerns
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a professional and positive attitude
Requirements
- At least 1 year of prior customer service experience
- Excellent customer service and strong listening skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and verbally
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- Open availability to work weekdays (8am-12am EST) and weekends (9am-6pm)
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with banking or invoicing accounts receivable
