About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet customers during camper pickup and return with a positive attitude
- Personally explain and hand over campers to customers
- Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning of the campervans
- Support the station team with daily operational tasks to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Hands-on mentality and willingness to assist with physical tasks
- Ideally previous experience in customer service
- Valid Class B driver's license
- Good proficiency in German and English
