Customer Services Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage customer deliverables and provide timely, accurate status updates from receipt to shipment
• Process complex customer purchase orders, including repair orders and fresh lots
• Coordinate with Planning and Finance teams to ensure product availability within expected lead times
• Track and expedite internal Contract Reviews and Order Acknowledgements
• Administer the Order Management Desk inbox and purchase order logs via MS SharePoint
• Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve day-to-day issues
• Communicate order details, including End User Statements and PO Amendments, to internal teams
• Participate in customer conference calls and meetings, representing Program Managers when required
• Escalate critical issues to Program Management and the Customer Services Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in Order Management or a related customer service role
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, MRP, and CRM systems
• Understanding of International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) processes and export policies
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP or Pivotal systems
• Strong negotiation skills with a "win-win" mindset
