Customer Services Representative

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to customers by identifying needs and providing guidance on financial solutions
• Support customer requests for banking services, including handling transactions and inquiries
• Offer advice and guidance on digital and self-serve banking options to improve customer ease of use
• Review customer profiles to identify opportunities for everyday banking plans and credit card needs
• Manage, load, and reconcile cash transactions between treasury and various branch units
• Follow risk and compliance processes to safeguard customer assets and maintain privacy
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve business objectives and enhance the customer experience

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and connections with customers
• Proficiency with digital tools, mobile apps, tablets, and online applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for a business environment
• Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to respond flexibly to new challenges
• Post-secondary degree or certification in a related field is desirable
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include different days, hours, and shifts
