Customer Services Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day customer needs by developing proactive and interactive relationships
• Respond to customer enquiries with speedy and thorough resolutions
• Monitor sample progress through the laboratory to ensure requirements are met and issues are resolved quickly
• Liaise with appropriate departments to resolve enquiries and coordinate difficult or unusual situations
• Participate in implementation or improvement initiatives and develop key business relationships
• Participate in the Taste and Odour panel on a rotational basis following successful screening

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to develop and maintain positive professional relationships
• Methodical approach with the ability to prioritize own workload
• Proficiency in MS Office packages and other IT systems
• Flexible team player committed to personal development
• Scientific background (e.g., GCSE and/or A Levels) is beneficial
