Customer Service

Responsibilities

• Provide timely order management support from initial order entry through to post-shipment tracking
• Manage order transactions, including invoicing, checking administrative requirements, and managing customer-specific data
• Act as the primary contact for Sales, Operations, Finance, and Manufacturing to resolve order-related inquiries
• Provide shipment information, proof of delivery, and respond to status inquiries
• Interface with Sales teams to ensure proper discount and commission guidelines are followed
• Follow up on customer surveys and manage customer complaints to ensure high service quality

Requirements

• Two years of related experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and MS Teams)
• Experience using CRM and ERP systems (experience with Microsoft AX/Dynamics is a plus)
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Strong time management and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism
