About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and provide excellent service via phone, email, or in person
- Process customer orders, perform parts research, and manage warranties
- Communicate product availability and backorder status to customers
- Research and resolve customer issues, complaints, and return requests
- Support warehouse operations including loading/unloading deliveries and picking materials
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and restocking of products
- Maintain a safe work environment in alignment with Zero Harm culture and PPE compliance
- Collaborate with regional sales, credit, billing, and technical service departments
Requirements
- 2-4 years of customer service experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office software
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the HVAC industry
- Experience with warehouse operations and forklift operation
- Bilingual skills (Spanish is a plus)
